Sports Specific Training: Looks to improve your skills, whatever your sport maybe. This can help you improve endurance, stamina, strength & knowledge within a workout best suited for you.
Overall Body Circuit Training: Uses a number of different exercises that will focus on what will benefit your specific needs & goals, which will help your own understanding on what is needed to improve on a healthy lifestyle.
Stretching: Can improve flexibility which can prevent long term muscular damage.
Running Training: A good technique can improve stamina and muscle tone. If you would like to train for a specific event, a program can be designed to suit you, enhancing your chances of improvement.
GP Exercise Referral : Involves a simple letter from your General Practitioner; this will state what benefits regular exercise could do to aid your recovery from examples such as:- Certain operation, before or after the birth of your child, respiratory complications, issues you may have with bone and joints or muscle damage.
Power Walk : Gets you outside and leaves you feeling refreshed, whether it's at the break of dawn or in the evening.
